About Broker Home Services

Broker Home Services is a licensed mortgage broker dedicated to helping clients obtain residential mortgage financing solutions. Our services include mortgage consultations, home purchase financing, refinancing, loan origination support, and ongoing communication throughout the loan process. We provide customers with timely updates regarding their mortgage applications, loan milestones, account activity, and related services.

SMS Communications and Consent

Program name: Broker Home Services Loan Updates. Text messages are sent only to people who have given their consent. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or of applying for a loan.

Broker Home Services collects SMS opt-in in two ways:

• Website form: by checking the SMS consent box on the contact form at BrokerHS.com. The box is unchecked by default, and the form can be submitted without checking it.
• Phone call: by giving verbal consent during a phone call with a Broker Home Services representative. The representative reads the disclosures below, and the customer's consent, the date, and the phone number are recorded in our customer records system.

Message types may include:

• Follow-ups on your loan inquiry or request
• Document requests
• Appointment reminders
• Loan status updates
• Replies from your Broker Home Services representative

Customers who opt in by phone are verbally informed that “Message and data rates may apply,” “Message frequency may vary,” and that they can “text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time and no further messages will be sent.” They are also informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you check the SMS consent box on our website or give verbal consent by phone, you agree to receive text messages from Broker Home Services at the number provided about your loan inquiry, as described above. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How We Use Your Information

Opt-In and Opt-Out Procedures

You receive SMS messages from Broker Home Services only if you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website or by giving verbal consent during a phone call. Providing your contact information alone does not opt you in to text messages.
